Hello Chad. Yes there is common fuses you can check to the cluster. The under hood fuse no. 9 (10a), and fuse no. 10 (7.5a) Next, you can also check the ecm for eps trouble codes. If codes 22 or 23 are stored, take the instrument cluster out and check the bulbs to the tachometer, eps symbol and so on. But starting at the fuses, then working towards the instrument cluster would be a good diagnostic approach. Good luck.

I have an 03 si hatch back, it has a rough idle most of the time after I started her more so when cold. Po302 code and po300 po304,also. The vtec isn’t kicking in although I can feel that she’s trying. Oil change 0 w 20 synthetic new vvt valve and oil pressure switch. Plugs are new, switch coil packs around. The only time she runs better is after I clean iac map and throttle body. 211k any ideals?
