What exactly is the code P0656 referring to?
I can’t find a wiring diagram for your vehicle, maybe someone has one they can share. I’d ask first if the fuel gauge is working properly, because it should get the signal from the fuel level sensor in the fuel tank. From there, I’m not sure how the circuit works, whether the signal is split before the instrument cluster, shared by the cluster, or transmitted by the cluster to the ECM. In any case, it shouldn’t affect how the vehicle runs.
