why the fault is showing p02a0

The problem is that the ECM is seeing no result from a fuel injector pulse, which probably means that there’s some damage or contamination in the injector preventing it from delivering a fuel charge on command. After checking the circuits for proper resistance, injector cleaning or replacement may be required. If contamination is the issue, be sure that the rest of the system is clean, or other injectors may also suffer the same consequences.
