This is a fault code for a fault in the Neutral/Reverse safety switch. It is common on Dodge Dakotas, Durangos, Ram Trucks and Vans with the 42RE, 44RE and 46RE automatic transmissions. Most aftermarket replacements (Autozone, pep boys, napa, etc.) do not fit the stock connector properly and have to be modified to fit and sit slightly deeper. This can be done by shaving a slight amount off of the length end on the plastic end of the new switch where the three wires plug in to it. I’ve heard of people thinning out the rubber weather seal in the wire connector but that seems risky to me. Basically the plug doesn’t seat deep enough to make contact with the new switch terminals.
