Have an 03 f150 v6, just did the same thing. Except even in park, once you rev the engine, it stutters and misses. Idles great! Lost 3rd and 4th gear coming home this morning, and checked the codes, I now show 14 codes. Everything from cam sensor to tcc problems. Just all at once. Did replace the exhaust gas pressure return sensor, it had one side blown out, fixed nothing, code still returns for it too.

Ended up being the main wiring harness on passenger side. Was not in it’s clip and fell on the exhaust manifold, burnt a lot of wires. Replaced harness. Fine now.
