I have a problem with my Nissan Armada 2007 V8 4×4 engine light ON. Connected my scanner LAUNCH X-431 found DTC P1286 A/F sensor 1 bank 2.stared diagnosis for this code. First checked for EXHAUST & INTAKE leaks found ok. I can’t check the fuel trim with this scanner but I can check the voltage variation of the sensor in bank1 sensor 1 and bank 2 sensor 1.
Bank 1 sensor 1 varies voltage form 0.75v to 5.02v in idle & throttle applied
Bank 2 sensor 1 no variation constant 1.50v in idle or throttle applied
I started to change OEM parts first oxygen sensor B2 sensor 1 still same. After checked wiring harness
For resistance, open, short to voltage, short to ground and continuity found ok.
Changed :
ECM, MAF SENSOR ,4 OXIGEN SENSOR,INTAKE MANIFOLD GASKET ,FUSE BOX,
I found on relearn procedure in the YouTube(idle ,engine switch off, remove MAF sensor connector, start engine 3sec switch off engine connect MAF sensor clear code idle for 10min) I tried it still the same
If I clear the DTC it will not come in idle. I have to drive the vehicle about 15km above 80km/h speed
Then stop the vehicle switch off the ignition 3 second after start the vehicle in idle Engine light comes on
DTC P1286 set in ECM. If I clear the code suddenly it will not come back have to drive few km ignition switch off and on. Yesterday another code set P1272 A/F sensor 1 bank1 (both code state showing 245)
Please help me to fix this issue
