What if it won’t even flash the 12 code it just stays on. No flashing at all
Hi, my 95, with both procedures will not retrieve codes. The mil light just stays constant. Also, on the 4 plug procedure, my ground terminal is a green wire, bot a black. Any help is appreciated. I really wish I could find out what’s wrong with my tracker.

Not sure if my code is a 13 or a 31 how do I tell is the smallest number the first
If it flash once then pause with 3 flashes then its 13
If 3 flashes then a pause and flash once its 31 it will be a long pause and it will do it again.
