I have a 2005 Ford Escape. Yesterday I had the head light assembly’s installed for the driver and passenger side. The Low Beam lamp does come on initially but does eventually work. A Vehicle Diagnostic was done by the body shop that installed the head light assembly’s and the error that returned were (GEM 3) B1499, B2501, B2505. As they didn’t have the truck running they thought it just didn’t work and suggested it was time for a new vehicle. Could you suggest how I could address this issue without trading my vehicle in?
