13	Oxygen sensor voltage stays between 0.35 and 0.55 volts for 30 seconds with a throttle angle above 4% after engine had been running for at least 40 seconds.
14	Coolant temperature sensor signal indicates a temperature of over 284° F after engine had been running for 10 seconds.
15	Coolant temperature sensor signal indicates a temperature colder than -38° F with the engine running.
16	ECM sees a battery voltage above 16 volts for more than 10 seconds.
21	TPS voltage was above 1.95 volts for 5 seconds when the MAP sensor signal showed a high manifold vacuum or the TPS was above 4.9 volts at any time.
